The Initial Distribution occurred on March 4, 2009.

The first distribution of payments to authorized class members has begun. If your claim was approved by the Court, you should receive a check within the next few weeks. If you have questions regarding the distribution of checks, please call the Claims Administrator at 1-888-326-8965.

Pursuant to the Plan of Allocation approved by the Court and set forth in the Notice of Pendency, claimants whose distribution amount would be less than $10.00 will not receive a payment. These claimants should receive written notice within the next few weeks.

Special notice to claimants who have requested the Court's review of the rejection of all or part of their claim: Please note that final determinations have not been made with respect to the disputed portions of these claimants' claims. To the extent that parts of these claimants' claims are otherwise acceptable, payments are being made. No payments are being made with respect to the disputed portions of these claimants' claims at this time. Resolution of the disputed portions of these claimants' claims will be the subject of further proceedings on notice to such claimants.

The Claim Filing Deadline was December 28, 2007, and recently the Court ordered that the administrator process only those claims received through February 20, 2009.
